Naturopathic Support
Being a Naturopathic doctor, my approach to addressing health is through the lens of naturopathic philosophy.
That means trusting the innate abilities of the body and ensuring we work together to identify what needs to be removed, and what need to be provided in order to allow it to do what it does best - thrive! Nutrition, sleep, movement, hydration, mood, digestion, energy - all of these things and more help create the full picture of health.
What do all of these aspects of your life look like? We’ll dive into this together during our initial intake to identify the areas we really need to focus on. From there, I use an array of lifestyle recommendations, therapies, and counseling to begin addressing these areas to better support the person sitting in front of me.
What I’ve learned in my years of practice is - every person has their story, their series of events that led them to their appointment with me. That story helps me understand the areas we need to address in order to help establish health and balance in your life. I’m so excited to meet you and more excited to get to learn about you so I can help you achieve optimal health.

What tools do I use?
Microbiome Restoration is my passion. The old saying, “Let Food Be Thy Medicine, and Medicine Be Thy Food” by Greek Physician Hippocrates is a major tenant of how I approach this organ system in the body.
However, today, so many experience digestive complaints (cramping, bloating, pain) and struggle to tolerate food. I aim to change that in my practice. Food helps bring people together, communities closer, and it allows for an opportunity to be present with what you introduce to your body. Microbiome restoration has shown me time and time again, balancing and diversifying the gut is key to achieving optimal health.
